2011 Audi A7 Sportback Exterior Elegance
The North American market missed out on the stunning 2010 model Audi A5 Sport Back, but not to worry as the Audi A7 Sport Back will be hitting North American shores and will be blessed with a more elegant design and more spacious to boot with its 114.6 inch wheelbase. The Audi A7 boast impressive LED running lights that are mostly incorporated within the vast majority of new Audi models, while the grille is shaped in a trapezoidal fashion. Audi has stated that the exterior design of this vehicle is called the “tornado line”, this shapes the vehicle and defining a beautifully shaped side and rear. A special little feature that has been incorporated on this model is that when the vehicle reaches speeds of over 50 mph the spoiler rises automatically and below 50 mph retracts back into the vehicle. Audi has whispered about a possible high performance model maybe available in the future.

The Audi A7 also comes with some technological upgrades. The A7 is the first model from Audi that has been incorporated with a new active parallel parking system; although not available in the U.S.
Incidentally, the German designers appear to have taken fullest advantage of its enormous 115” wheelbase to provide ample leg room while giving the car its ‘stretched’ look and whale-like aerodynamics.

Standard features of the 2011 Audi A7 includes original leather upholstery, power and heated front seats, exclusive Audi drive select, Sirius satellite radio, Audi Music interface, Bluetooth, Homelink, three zone climate control and fully automatic headlights with built-in light and rain sensor windshield wipers. No, it does not sport headlight wipers as in Mercedes-Benz e-class vehicles.
For your information, the Audi A7 is aided by 8-speed Triptonic Automatic Transmission promised to provide 18 city and 28 autobahn miles per gallon.
